Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We also accept size exchanges, if available.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached.

To start a return, send us an email at info@anoddduckgarment.com. Once accepted, we’ll send you a return label with shipping instructions.

The garments we produce are meant to be worn for life. If you have any QC concerns, please reach out to the email above, and we will do our best to arrange a repair for any damaged goods.
